www.colibrikids.ro is an e-commerce service that offers its users the opportunity to take possession of the displayed products. The purchase of the products is made on the basis of the orders received on the site, by telephone or e-mail. In order to use the site in the best conditions, it is recommended that you carefully read the terms and conditions. The use (visit or purchase of products) of this site implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

II. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content and design of www.colibrikids.ro, as well as any other material related to it sent to you by email or provided by you in any other way (eg: articles, design, product description and any other materials), belong to SC COLIBRI FASHION SRL and / or its collaborators – where this is expressly specified – (copyright) and are protected by intellectual property legislation. IV. PRESENTATION OF THE OFFER
SC COLIBRI FASHION S.R.L. reserves the right to operate at any time, any changes to the technical data, the structure and interface of any page or sub-pages of the site as well as the prices presented on the website www.colibrikids.ro, without prior individual or general notice. The technical data presented on the website www.colibrikids.ro are informative and do not have a contractual obligation. The images of the products presented on the website www.colibrikids.ro are informative and there may be slight differences between them and product due to the quality of the photography. The products conform to the description on the Product Page.

The ordering of the products is made exclusively online, direct ordering on the site or by email. The products are offered within the limit of the stock owned by Colibri Fashion. The users of the site are notified when a product is no longer available either by displaying the message “NO stock” within the product details page of the site, or, if the products have already been ordered, through an e-mail. -mail.

Products made to order, according to the indications of the Customer, other than those presented on the website www.colibrikids.ro, can NOT be returned!

There is no minimum order value.

V. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The buyer has the right to give up the purchase, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from the date of purchase of the product, the date inscribed on the invoice or on the fiscal receipt. To this end, the Buyer must notify the Seller of the intention to return. Seller notification can be done by phone or email at office@colibrikids.ro.

The product must be returned with all labels intact, undamaged and free of wear. The return of the products is done only through the courier companies and returns are not accepted through the Romanian Post.

The value of the return transport is borne by the Buyer, who requests the return in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. We do not receive return packages with reimbursement payment.

For returned products that meet all the requirements specified above, their value will be transferred to the Buyer by bank transfer. For this purpose, the Buyer will have to send to the Seller by email the IBAN account consisting of 24 characters and the name of the account holder. The money will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date of return of the products. The return expenses will be borne by the customer.

Do not send the package with a refund, it will be refused without any further notification!

Any return that does not comply with the above conditions will be refused!

VI. PRODUCT WARRANTY

If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the one ordered, you can return it within 30 days, along with a copy of the invoice and receipt. The product must be returned with the labels intact and without trace of use. After we check the product and find out the non-conformities, we will refund the value of the returned product within the term and conditions stipulated above.

 

VII. EXCHANGE RATES

Exchange rates may be set and updated regularly, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect Merchandise pricing on the Checkout. You will be charged according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you actually make your Order via the Checkout as displayed on the Checkout.

The exchange rate is set according to the policy producer’s company bank SC Raiffeisen bank.

 

VIII. PRIVACY

COLIBRI KIDS is being registered in the registry of the processing of personal data of the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data.

We respect the confidentiality of the clients’ data and we undertake not to transmit their personal data to third parties and to use them exclusively for the purpose for which they were introduced (placing the order) and for commercial information regarding the COLIBRI KIDS brand.

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector SC COLIBRI FASHION SRL has the obligation to administer, in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us about you or another person. The purpose of collecting personal data is to operate and deliver your orders.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, of intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to address the justice. At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of the data. For the exercise of these rights, you can address with a written request, dated and signed by post on the address of our company.

 

Data security and commercial communications

The personal data collected will be used only for the stated purpose of this site. The information in the order form completed by the users will be used to send the confirmation of the orders, the eventual promotions organized within our store, the newsletters and for the delivery of the orders, only with the prior consent of the user of the site. We undertake not to make public or sell databases containing information regarding the personal data of our clients, we do not market, offer or exchange e-mail addresses obtained through this site, we do not disclose our clients’ e-mail address. -mail to other people who access the pages of this site.
